Mr. Henry, a director of the company, is a founder of the Wall Street venture capital firm Henry & Associates. He has founded and managed 8 health care companies, and most recently was Vice Chairman of IVAC Medical Systems, Inc., and Ivonyx, Inc. and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Infusion Reimbursement Specialists, Inc.
