Bernard F. Denoyer, CPA was appointed Vice President, Finance January 15, 2004. From September 2000 to December 2003 Mr. Denoyer was an independent consultant providing Interim CFO services to Callisto and other emerging technology businesses including several portfolio companies of Marsh & McLennan Capital LLP. From 1994 to 2000 he served as Senior Vice President and CFO of META Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:METG), an information technology research business. From 1990 to 1993 Mr. Denoyer was Vice President Finance of Environetics, Inc., a pharmaceutical diagnostic water test manufacturer. He has also held senior financial management positions with Gartner Group, Bunker Ramo-Amphenol RF Division and GTE Sylvania Consumer Electronics. Mr. Denoyer is fluent in French and studied in Paris at l’Istitut d’Etude Politique et Economique. He served in U.S. Army Intelligence/Vietnam as an airborne sensor specialist from 1970 to 1971. Mr. Denoyer earned his CPA with Ernst & Young in 1975, an MBA in Finance, with honors, from Columbia Business School in 1973 and a BA in Economics from Fairfield University in 1969. He has also been an adjunct accounting professor at Fairfield University and the Marymount Weekend College.
